Notre mission
La Société Nationale d’Aménagement et de Promotion Immobilière (SONAPI SA) a pour mission principale la mise en œuvre de la politique gouvernementale en matière d'aménagement de terrains et de construction de logements sociaux, économiques et résidentiels, tout en en assurant le suivi. Elle se charge de piloter et de réaliser des opérations d'aménagement de terrains urbains pour le compte de l’État, des collectivités, des institutions républicaines et des sociétés publiques, mixtes ou privées. Cela comprend la réalisation d'infrastructures de base, d'équipements sociaux et de logements destinés à la vente ou à la location. La SONAPI collabore également avec des sociétés étrangères ou nationales privées pour la conception, la recherche de financement, la réalisation et la gestion de programmes et projets d'aménagement de terrains et de construction de logements sociaux, économiques et résidentiels. L'entreprise opère dans divers domaines industriels, commerciaux, financiers, civils, mobiliers ou immobiliers, en mettant un accent particulier sur les logements sociaux dans son programme d'activités.

Digitalisation & Renforcement des capacités
Au cœur de sa stratégie, la SONAPI SA fera de la digitalisation et le renforcement de capacité le principal axe de réforme interne.
Sur la période de 2024 quatre (4) activités sont planifiées pour amorcer la digitalisation et le renforcement de capacités à savoir :

Doter la SONAPI SA d’Infrastructures Informatiques (Serveur, réseau, logiciel, etc.) et équiper le personnel.

Elaborer un plan et renfoncer les capacités du personnel en informatique dans leurs différents domaines de compétences.

Digitaliser la visualisation des sites de la SONAPI SA par l’acquisition de drones spécialisé.

Mettre en place un dispositif d’Archivage Electronique des dossiers de la SONAPI SA .
